About Me

My first job was working in a chiropractic office where I was exposed to the benefits of holistic health care and body work and the owner encouraged me to pursue options in that realm. I was drawn to massage and attended the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado where I graduated in 2009. I worked in a spa setting after graduation and quickly knew that environment was not for me. Since then, I’ve worked alongside chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, dentists and medical doctors; choosing to work with offices who took a more holistic approach to their medical models.

Always looking for more ways to learn and expand my understanding, I completed my level one Lymphatic Drainage Certification in 2019. I am currently studying Ortho-bionomy, a remarkable touch therapy, and will complete my training through the Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy Center in the fall of 2022.  In addition, I have completed the Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training, and you can find me on Tuesday’s teaching at Move Studios Denver.

Outside of the office, you can find me snuggled up with my dogs, reading or watching a movie or doing pilates.
