YOUR PRACTITIONER
Jessica Caine, LMT
I've been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 2009, working alongside chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, and physicians who share a holistic approach to healing.
When I discovered Ortho-Bionomy through the Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy Center, everything clicked. It aligned perfectly with what I'd always believed: the body wants to heal and our job is simply to create the conditions for it to do so.
In 2017 I opened JC Massage & Bodywork, a quiet intentional practice focused on meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary relief. Combining Ortho-Bionomy, lymphatic drainage, pilates instruction and over 15 years of hands on experience, I bring a richly layered presence to every session.
When I am not in the studio, I am usually outdoors enjoying the company of my dogs or paddleboarding on Colorado’s peaceful lakes. On quieter afternoons, you can find me recharging by getting lost in a good book.

What is Ortho-Bionomy?
Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork developed by osteopath Arthur Lincoln Pauls in the 1970's. Rooted in the principles of osteopathy and inspired by positional release techniques, it works by finding positions of comfort - non force - to allow the body to correct its own structural imbalances.
Unlike deep pressure techniques that push against tension, Ortho-Bionomy follows the body's own reflexes. The result is a profound sense of ease, reduced pain, and restored natural movement patterns. In an Ortho-Bionomy session, you remain fully clothed, so we encourage you to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
